Worked very well for an IR T-30 242 that I converted to be single stage (two LP cylinders) for a high volume low pressure use. Gaskets fit well and did not leak even though I installed them dry. This kit is much better value for me than buying two 242 kits and throwing away the HP cylinder gaskets.After suffering through the very time consuming process of scraping off the green gaskets from parts off a used compressor, I very much appreciate the Graphoil gaskets. They work well and are very easy to remove and replace.The Graphoil gaskets do compress a bit after being put in service, so retorqueing the head screws is necessary. The instructions state two retorque operations, but I found after the first retorque the screw torque had not dropped when I performed the second torque check.
